Billed as featuring “character details that bring the show to life,” the offering marks the second time in recent months the retro-minded sneaker brand has teamed up with the runaway success of Stranger Things, as Nike and Converse headed into the Upside Down with an apparel and footwear collection debuting this past December.

The show, which explored everything from ’80s nostalgia to horror and sci-fi across five genre-bending, hotly debated seasons, is a fitting partner for Converse: The footwear giant’s staples, like the classic Converse Chuck Taylor, are both of a time and place while remaining ever-versatile. The latest wave of Converse x Stranger Things footwear looks to celebrate that legacy while packing in show-themed hints aplenty, like nods to the Hellfire Club in fiery red and black.

The current Converse x Stranger Things collection leans heavily on the Chuck Taylor All-Star silhouette and features the show’s bold, retro logo, along with red, black and white color schemes nodding heavily towards the show’s town of Hawkins. The Converse x Stranger Things Weapon silhouette previously sold out, while a variety of customizable high-top Converse sneakers round out the first collaborative effort between the iconic television show and the legendary sneaker brand.

Promising a mix of “maxed-out 80s nostalgia” and a series of kicks freshened up with “unforgettable details inspired by the show,” pricing and release information isn’t quite available yet for the latest Converse x Stranger Things collection. For fans of the show and sneakerheads alike, the collection is but one more chance to celebrate one of the most talked-about television shows in years.
