The longtime hunter and MeatEater founder prefers to eat wild ones over farm-raised birds, and he loves stalking the woods of Montana for turkeys to hunt. Turns out, he also loves to cook them for hungry friends and family. Rinella has published a few recipes for turkey in his recently released MeatEater cookbook box set.
