Who would’ve thought the two singers from The Turtles would have such a fun time playing with Frank Zappa?
I saw the two singers perform on the bottom line in Manhattan as Flo & Eddie, aka Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan, when I was a teenager. They called it “Raiders of the Lost Rock Band.”
It was a great show.
Mark Volman recently passed away on September 5, 2025.
