Manifest the inclinations of a hot rodder and a doomsday prepper, and you’d probably get something like the 2026 Rezvani Tank. Since 2017, the California-based company has offered various iterations of its Jeep Wrangler-based, tactically styled brute, available with varying degrees of ballistic protection.

For 2026, Rezvani has brought back the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 of Dodge Demon fame, a savage powerplant that previously proved headline-worthy when offered on the 2020 Tank X, which Rezvani billed as “the most powerful production SUV in the world”—a loose claim, given that it’s really an aftermarket kit for the Wrangler.

Nevertheless, the hellacious eight-pot has returned to the Rezvani lineup for the 2026 model year to complement the most aggressive styling seen in the model’s history, thanks to aggressive, almost Lamborghini-esque body sculpting that now touches every panel of the vehicle.

But the Tank gets most of its glory through the insanely robust suite of militaristic defensive and security features, chief among them being ballistics armor that’s capable of stopping rounds from “high-caliber weapons and assault rifles.” The radiator, battery and fuel tank are wrapped in bullet-proofing kevlar, and the underside of the vehicle is also protected against explosive devices.

Armored cars aren’t exactly novel, but the Tank also boasts the world’s first military-grade Electromagnetic Pulse shield for a vehicle’s entire electrical system, which would protect the tank from the electromagnetic radiation created from a nuclear explosion. This EMP Shield utilizes a patent-pending design and load-sharing technology to protect vehicle electronics from over 40 EMP strikes and 100,000 amps with zero degradation. By employing radioactively charged gases, the device can shed initial electrical surges in as little as five hundred trillionths of a second, diverting high currents to the ground in less than a billionth of a second.

If pursuing humans are the most prevalent threat, the vehicle is also loaded with a dense smoke screen or deployable pepper spray. To prevent unauthorized or forceful access, the vehicle is fitted with magnetic dead-bolts and electrified door handles. A steel bumper with a built-in winch and D-rings provides the strength needed to ram through obstacles, while wheel band technology ensures the vehicle can be driven to a safe location even on heavily damaged tires.

Elegantly integrated auxiliary lights and powerful front and rear blinding lights can “turn night into day” or disorient trackers. A thermal night vision system from FLIR displays heat signatures alongside standard night vision for total situational awareness. There’s also a full intercom system with external speakers, sirens, and strobe lights. The vehicle comes prepared for emergencies with military grade gas masks, a hypothermia kit, and a comprehensive first-aid kit.

This all comes at a hefty price. While the 2026 Rezvani tank technically starts at $175,000, the combination of the Demon engine, most robust armor package and every tactical add-on can cost upwards of $500,000. Visit Rezvani’s website for more.
