Dua Lipa surely made her 89 million followers feel like they were “Levitating” with her most recent ‘gram. In a recent Instagram post simply captioned “factory reset,” the “Houdini” singer sported a long-sleeve top that obscured little—the see-through material, covered in gold leopard-inspired spots, featured a plunging keyhole cutout from her neck to her belly. The skirt, while not featured as prominently, featured a similar material and pattern with silver spots and the addition of the bow motif in the front.
The alluring look was posted just before Billboard broke the news that the superstar scored the third-biggest pop tour of the year by revenue, selling 1.2 million tickets for a total of $141 million over 59 shows, the last of which she performed in Mexico City on December 5. The outlet gathers the data from promoters, venues, and booking agents across three metrics: gross revenue earned from ticket sales, attendance, and the capacity of the venue.
Lipa’s Radical Optimism Tour, which took her across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania, was only beaten by Lady Gaga’s The Mayhem Ball, which took $166 million, and Ed Sheeran’s The Mathematics Tour, which made $214.5 million. Bruno Mars’ Brazil-exclusive tour dates and Las Vegas residency alone put him just shy of Lipa at $137 million, while Australian singer Kylie Minogue rounded out the top 5 at $78.4 million.
“What a life. What a joy,” Lipa captioned a carousel of photos from the trek, which ultimately spanned 92 dates since May of 2024. “Grateful beyond belief. Still digesting ~ might take me a sec… but for now thank you and I love you so much!!!!! RADICAL OPTIMISM FOREVER!!!”
