When brothers Billy and Christopher Hines decided they needed a new outlet for their creativity—they run a successful production company in LA—they looked to another form of storytelling. Rita and Evening Lands up in Oregon.
To make sure they’re telling the story of their 50-acre pocket in the fog-swept, wind-kissed California wine region, they’re working organically, with minimal intervention and all native fermentations.
