Zingage Secures New Funding to Build AI Infrastructure for Home Care

Zingage, a New York–based AI care delivery platform founded in 2023, is redefining how home care is managed. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, TQ Ventures, WndrCo, and South Park Commons, the company leverages artificial intelligence to ensure that patients reliably receive care at home by automating scheduling, staffing, and compliance operations alongside existing EMRs.

The latest funding round will accelerate the company’s expansion across engineering, go-to-market, and operations. As healthcare increasingly decentralizes into the home—driven by aging populations, rising costs, and patient preferences—the infrastructure supporting home care has lagged behind. Most agencies still rely on manual tools like phones and spreadsheets to handle hospital discharges, caregiver call-outs, and compliance tracking—systems ill-suited for the 24/7 nature of home care.

“Growing up in a family of nurses and home care owners, I saw firsthand the relentless effort it takes to deliver around-the-clock care,” said Victor Hunt, CEO and co-founder of Zingage. “Across the country, patients are missing visits because providers simply don’t have the bandwidth to respond in time. Zingage exists to make sure no patient is left without care at home.”

To address this gap, Zingage built Operator, an AI system that automates the end-to-end home care workflow—from patient intake and scheduling to billing and documentation. Operator uses reinforcement learning based on real labor data to continuously improve staffing decisions and deploys voice AI to communicate with caregivers and patients in real time. The system anticipates potential gaps, fills shifts proactively, and ensures that all visits are completed and properly documented for payers—turning chaotic back-office processes into a reliable, scalable infrastructure for care.

During its beta rollout, Operator has already helped dozens of leading home care agencies manage millions of care hours annually, enabling them to accept more patients while enhancing care quality. Across its two flagship products, Zingage now supports more than 400 agencies and coordinates over 10 million patient visits each year.

Founded by Hunt and CTO Daniel Tian, who previously worked at Ramp and TikTok, Zingage was born from personal and professional experiences that exposed deep inefficiencies in home care. After witnessing their families struggle to find caregivers during COVID, the founders embedded themselves within agencies—running scheduling shifts firsthand—to design the AI infrastructure the industry desperately needed.

With its growing platform and strong investor backing, Zingage is positioning itself as the technological backbone of home care—ensuring that every patient receives dependable, coordinated care right where they want to be: at home.
