A core feature is its safety-first triage capability:

  • Red-Flag Detection: The system listens for pre-defined “red-flag” language (e.g., chest pain, severe bleeding, breathing trouble).
  • Immediate Escalation: Upon detection, it immediately triggers clinic-approved escalation logic, such as routing the caller to a nurse line, prompting an urgent visit booking, or instructing the caller to seek emergency care.
